Your Education X Consultant carries out an audit and works with your team(s) to establish a clear working picture of the climate for learning in your school, identifying the opportunities for improvement.

Together we develop an improvement plan comprising high impact actions which have continually proven to revolutionise behaviour and attitudes.

Implementation
As each stage of the plan is rolled out, Education X produces bespoke reference material, clearly documenting new standards and procedures. This becomes your school’s very own consistency framework and includes effective strategies which your colleagues can use to uphold high standards successfully.

ProgressioN
Your Education X Coach continues to visit and monitor practice in accordance with the standards and procedures detailed in the consistency framework. During these visits your coach will provide targeted feedback and training to individuals and teams who require additional support
